Welcome to Infrared Sauna Bali, Before using our rental equipment or booking our services, please read and understand the following Terms and Conditions. By renting or using our infrared sauna or ice bath units, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please do not proceed with booking or using our services.

1. Safety Precautions

  • Safety First: Your safety is our top priority. Always follow the provided usage instructions for both infrared saunas and ice baths. We strongly advise customers to switch off the power and unplug their freezer before utilising it as an ice bath. Failure to follow safety precautions may result in accidents or injuries.

  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for using our equipment safely and as intended. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.

 

2. Product Usage

  • Rental Only: Our saunas and ice baths are strictly for wellness and personal recovery use. They are not intended for medical treatment or unsupervised use by individuals with known health conditions.

  • Usage Guidelines: We provide detailed instructions with each rental. Please read and follow them carefully to ensure a safe and effective session.

 

3. Liability Waiver

  • Assumption of Risk: By using our rental equipment, you accept all associated risks, including personal injury or property damage.

  • No Liability: Infrared Sauna Bali – Arctic Recovery Rentals and its team are not responsible for any injuries, health complications, or damages resulting from improper or unsupervised use of our equipment.

 

4. Privacy and Data Use

  • Personal Data: We collect only the personal information necessary to process bookings and deliver services (e.g., name, phone number, address).

  • Data Protection: Your information is confidential. We will not share or sell your data to third parties without your consent.

  • Marketing Opt-In: We may occasionally send you updates or special offers. You can opt out at any time.

 

5. Delivery & Setup Services

  • Access & Location: You are responsible for ensuring that our delivery team has safe and suitable access to the setup location.

  • Professional Handling: Our team will deliver and set up the equipment professionally, but we are not liable for property damage or personal injury during the delivery or installation process.

  • Service Areas: We currently serve most areas in Bali including Canggu, Ubud, Berawa, and Seminyak. Out-of-zone deliveries may incur additional fees.

 

6. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

  • Mental & Physical Health: Our equipment is for general wellness and relaxation. If you have any pre-existing medical or mental health conditions, please consult a healthcare professional before using our sauna or ice bath.

  • No Medical Advice: We do not provide medical guidance, diagnoses, or treatment.

 

7. Environment & Usage Conditions

  • Proper Setup Environment: Units must be placed on level surfaces in safe environments (e.g., no exposure to rain for electrical parts). We are not responsible for accidents caused by improper placement or weather conditions.

  • User Care: You are expected to return the equipment in the same condition it was delivered. Damage beyond normal wear may incur repair or replacement fees.

 

8. Warranty Disclaimer

  • No Guarantees: While many clients experience wellness benefits, we make no guarantees regarding specific results from using our services. Use at your own discretion.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, injury, or missed appointments.

  • Business Impact: Infrared Sauna Bali is not responsible for any financial or business losses related to delays, technical issues, or equipment malfunctions.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any legal disputes will be handled under Indonesian jurisdiction.

  • Resolution: We encourage resolving any disputes amicably. Please contact us directly if you encounter any issues.

 

11. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on our website or provided upon request.
