Infrared sauna and ice bath rent in bali

we specialize in delivering luxury mobile infrared sauna and ice bath experiences directly to your home, villa, Airbnb, or event location. To ensure smooth scheduling and a high-quality experience for all clients, we’ve outlined our cancellation and refund policies below.

Customer Cancellations

Because delivery, setup, and scheduling are involved, cancellations affect logistics significantly. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • ✅ More than 72 hours before delivery:
    Full refund of rental fee.

  • ✅ 48 to 72 hours before delivery:
    50% refund.

  • ❌ Less than 48 hours before delivery:
    No refund. However, one-time rescheduling may be offered based on availability.

⚠️ Once our sauna or ice bath unit has been dispatched or delivered to your location, no refunds will be issued.

Delivery Day Cancellations / No-Show Policy

If you are not present or reachable at the time of delivery:

  • No refund will be issued.

  • A re-delivery fee may be charged for rescheduling the setup at a later time.

 
Rescheduling Policy

We’re happy to accommodate changes when possible:

  • Free rescheduling with 72+ hours notice.

  • Less than 72 hours: Subject to a rescheduling fee and availability.

All rescheduling requests must be confirmed in writing (via email or text).

Weather & Location Issues

Mobile units require safe and accessible setup areas.

  • If we are unable to deliver due to unsafe terrain, restricted access, or severe weather, and you did not inform us ahead of time, no refund will be issued.

  • If we cancel due to safety or logistical issues on our end, you will receive a full refund or a chance to reschedule.

Group Rentals, Events & Villas

Planning a party, retreat, or weekend villa session?

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

  • Full payment is due [5–7 days] before the scheduled rental.

  • Cancellations made 7+ days in advance may qualify for a partial refund (excluding deposit).

 
Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Security deposit:

security deposit 1.000.000 IDR every item.

The security deposit will send back to you the day i pickup the sauna or ice bath from your place.
